- W9 - You will be prompted to fill out a W9 in a fillable pdf format. This MUST be the exhibitor's info. *Exhibitors ONLY showing a Bucket Calf, Horse, or JBB, may fill out 000-00-0000 for the SS#, since we do not need a W9 on file for those exhibitors.*
- Release of Liability - On the home page of the online registration site, there is a link to download a Release of Liability form. If you will download to your device, complete and save, you will be prompted to upload when submitting your entry. Exhibitors with multiple projects need only ONE release of liability form.
