Exhibitors

For the 2026 shows, ONLY ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED! Use the link below to access the online registration site:

All entries will require payment to be successfully submitted.

Submitting your registration online saves time and leaves less room for error.
You will be prompted to upload a release of liability form, as well as a W9. Since we are using online registration exclusively, every exhibitor will be prompted to complete the W9 form, even if you have previously submitted one.

Each exhibitor must complete an entry form for each project entered and submit online by the deadline. A list of entries for each exhibitor will be given the AST or 4H leader for membership verification. No need to print off and obtain signatures.

The $35 entry fee will be charged per animal tagged in, not per exhibitor. If an exhibitor wishes to tag in two steers or two lambs, the entry fee will be $70. This applies to steers, commercial heifers, swine, lambs and goats. Pen of three will be $35 for first three heifers, then $35 to tag in four or five heifers (for a total of $70 if tagging in more than three). Rabbits and Poultry will remain $35 per exhibitor, plus the cost of the birds for poultry.

On the home page of the online registration site, there is a link to download a Release of Liability form. If you will download to your device, complete and save, you will be prompted to upload when submitting your entry.
Exhibitors with multiple projects need only ONE release of liability form.

If you are tagging in as family, please choose the “family tag-in” box as you create your entry. Each exhibitor tagging a project in the same division must fill out an entry form. Exhibitors who are immediate family members included in the family tag in should be listed in the “Names/Family tag-in” section on the entry form. This will allow any family member listed on the entry form to show any of the tagged in projects.

If more than one member from a family is showing, choose "Quick Group" to add each exhibitor and check out at the same time.

Once an online exhibitor has been set up, that exhibitor can go in a later time to add additional projects, as long as it is not past the deadline date. No late entries will be accepted!

Please call the Fair office at 979-677-3350 or email wcyf@whartoncountyyouthfair.org if you have any questions or run into any problems.

The staff and board of the WCYF wants this transition to online registration to be as easy and streamlined as possible. Please be patient as we work through any kinks and please let us know if you find something we may have overlooked.

We appreciate your cooperation and welcome any feedback!

The Exhibitor Page has useful information for exhibitors, parents, club leaders and FFA advisors. From rule books to entry forms, exhibitors will be able to find all the information they need about exhibiting projects at the Wharton County Youth Fair.

Keep in mind for 2026...
• Tail hairs will be pulled on commercial heifers, steers, lambs, goats and swine to be used for possible DNA testing
• The envelope containing the hair sample will be signed by the technician, AST/4H leader, parent and exhibitor
• Parents who choose not to work their three hours/exhibitor will pay $500/exhibitor

Items in the rule book that have changed from last year have been highlighted in RED. Please pay attention to these changes!
