WCYF Sale Information

Online Sale

Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, the goal of the executive board has always been to help the kids as much as possible. Due to social distancing, selling the livestock is not an option, so the board decided the next best thing was to help secure donations for the individual exhibitors.

During the WCYF Exhibitor Recovery Sale, buyers in the community and beyond may reach out to fair funds or to the Fair office to place add-on bids on any exhibitor.

Buyers are encouraged to complete their transactions online, as this will help with the expense of printing and mailing invoices. Buyers can email their add-on forms and call the office with a credit card payment if they don’t wish to complete online. They may also send their add-on forms electronically and mail a check to the Fair office.

The WCYF board of directors, volunteers and staff appreciate the continued support of all in the community during these trying times and these contributions continue to prove we are Wharton County Strong.

The WCYF Exhibitor Recovery Sale will be online Monday, April 13 through Friday, May 1.

Add-on donations are still being accepted for the Exhibitor Recovery Sale. You can complete the add-on sheet above and email to wcyf@whartoncountyyouthfair.org or fax (979-677-3561) to the office and call with your credit card information. You may also bring your completed forms and a check to the office.
